How to Use OneSwap Prediction?
In OneSwap Prediction, you can earn bonus by predicting the price trend. In the first batch, we support the BTC/USDT market and you can predict whether the price of BTC is going up or down in the next 10 minutes. Using your analysis strategy or even just instinct, you may have a chance to double your investment.
LIVE
Each round of predictions will be LIVE in 5 minutes for you to pick a direction. You can check the timer to make sure how long is left in the current round. If the timer is almost running out, it's highly likely that your prediction may not be confirmed in time. Therefore, we strongly recommend you leave enough time (30+ seconds) to make a prediction.
With time management in mind, you may predict at any time.
Take BTC/USDT market as an example: You can find two buttons in the LIVE section: Going UP or Going DOWN - that is, If you think the price of BTC/USDT will rise in the next 10 minutes, click Going UP; If not, click Going DOWN if you think the price will fall in this round.
Suppose you've chosen Going UP. A window will pop up for you to confirm the prediction and enter the amount to go with your prediction. You can enter the amount or move the slider below, then click Submit and confirm in your wallet.
Check your position details again and click Confirm.
Confirm the transaction in your wallet.
If your transaction is being submitted, please kindly wait for a moment. A system prompt will be presented after successful submission.
Once you've confirmed a prediction, it's unavailable to change or cancel your position. Please wait for the result of this round.
Frozen
When the LIVE prediction is ended, the price of this round will be locked, while this round will be frozen for 5 minutes. Afterward, the Locked Price will be systematically compared with the closing price of BTC/USDT, calculating bonus.
During the calculation, the status of this round will be displayed as Calculating. At the same time, the next round will soon change from LIVE to Frozen. Since the calculation will last for a few seconds, as soon as the calculation is complete, this round will be moved to the left and marked as Ended.

FAQ on Price Prediction
1. Is there a time limit before claiming my bonus?
No, unclaimed bonuses will NOT expire and you can claim your bonus and positions at any time.
2. Does Prediction need matching order?
No, OneSwap Prediction doesn't need an order matching system. The Prediction bonus comes from the bonus pool, which consists of the initially added huge bonus, subsequent positions inflow (from the losing predictions), and fee.
3. How is the bonus calculated?
Winners may double their positions! In Prediction, the bonus comes from the bonus pool. If your prediction is correct, then the bonus you win would equal the mount of the position you committed (before fees deduction).
Suppose the fee rate is 5%, and your position is 100 CET. If you are the winner of this round, then you can get 195 CET (position + bonus).
In rare cases, bonus in the bonus pool may be insufficient and winners of this round will share the bonus in proportion according to their position amount. To provide a better user experience, we will put extra bonuses into the bonus pool in order to avoid such cases.
Currently, the fee rate is 5% and may be adjusted in real-time according to the project maintenance. Users can follow OneSwap's official social media to get the latest updates about fee rates.
In the future, system fees will play an important role in OneSwap and CSC ecological operation activities.
4. How are the Locked Price and Closing Price calculated?
OneSwap introduces CoinEx Linear Contract Index Price to generate a reasonable price for the trading pair in Prediction. The price updates every 5s and is used as the standard for the Locked Price and Closing Price.
CoinEx Contract Index Price is determined by the weighted prices from a selection of mainstream crypto exchanges, reflecting the fair price of the market and has a very objective price reference significance.
5. What if the Locked Price happens to be completely as same as the closing price in a round of prediction?
In extremely rare cases, the Locked Price may equal the closing price. When it happens, all predictions will lose no matter which direction you chose, and there will be no winner in this round. Positions in this round will be added to the bonus pool and will be shared in the next round.
6. Can I change the position or direction after submitting the prediction?
No, once you have successfully submitted your prediction for the round, it's unavailable to change or cancel your position or direction. So please double-check your request before submission.
7. Contract Address of Prediction
0x21407cC5E1190B623DDdEE212CdB7c8Cb363FC68
Abnormal Situations
1. Is it possible that the Prediction market is suspended?
When contract reliability is possibly affected, the market will be suspended, which means the current round of prediction is inactive and a new round won't start.
2. When will the suspended Prediction market be recovered?
This requires manual troubleshooting by our market administrators. After confirming that all issues have been resolved, we will bring Prediction back online.
3. What would happen to my position if the Prediction market was suspended?
If the market was suspended, and you have a position in the current round, this prediction would be inactive and you can check History to claim your position when the round is ended. The claiming method is the same operation as claiming bonus.
